WELCOME TO ‘THE MOTHER CITY’
After your arrival @ Cape Town International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in. There will then be an orientation meet-up with your guide, which includes bike setup and a tour briefing. Depending on your arrival time, there is opportunity to experience a guided inner-city cycle tour. A welcome dinner with your bike-guide, will be hosted in African ambiance in the evening.

CYCLE THE FAMOUS TABLE MOUNTAIN
Your first faull day, we take you on a 30-60km off-road tour. After transfer from your hotel to the base of Table Mountain, you start the cycle trip around the slopes of this natural wonder, heading towards the suburb of Constantia. After riding through the suburban greenbelt trails, the tour will finish at a wine estate for a tasting with platter lunch, before transfer to your accommodation in Stellenbosch, The Winelands. Here you can relax for the evening.
Day 3, this day will introduce you to the trails of Stellenbosch, with a 30-50km off-road trail, starting in the Bottelary Hills region. After enjoying the winelands trails, you will stop at a local wine estate for a traditional “boerebraai” lunch and a wine tasting before heading back to the hotel.

JOURNEY INTO THE VALLEY
Starting off with a transfer into the Hemel & Aarde Valley, today you may choose to enjoy some of the optional activities before or after lunch. Lunch is included and will be at Creation Wines. Situated high up the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge near Hermanus, Creation’s vines climb the steep hills of Babylon Toren Mountain. Enjoy an exquisite food and wine paring experience that is certainly not to be missed.
Suggested optional activities: Hermanus MTB ride to Creation Wines, with transfer back to accommodation to freshen up. Or depart to town for a whale cruise (July-November), market exploration, seaside cocktails and sunset cruise followed by dinner at leisure.

CYCLE THROUGH THE VINEYARDS
It’s back on the bike today, for a 40-80km off-road journey through the Grabouw vineyards. Home to some of the best mountain biking in South Africa, today’s trails will include vineyards, mountains, dams, jeep track and single track, through magnificent scenery.
Today you can also enjoy a morning or afternoon zipline adventure in Elgin (included). The evening is then yours to enjoy.
