Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to deposit 50% of the total travel amount. After receiving the deposit payment, we start to book all trip components. The remaining balance is due 5 weeks before the travel or arrival date.

Please note that all flights booked by us, should be pre-paid fully at time of the flight booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be stated in writing to us, the tour operator. The cancellation costs vary depending on how many days before departure the cancellation is received in writing:

  • More than 60 days before arrival: 25% of the total travel sum
  • Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total travel sum
  • Less than 31 days before arrival, on or after arrival date: 100% of the total travel sum
  • EUR 100 admin fee for the total booking, regardless the cancellation date

In case you purchased your airline tickets with us, the following applies: Once the airline tickets have been issued, 100% cancellation fee applies.

If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues a negative travel advice that will allow the traveler to cancel the trip, we will do everything possible to reduce the cancellation fee.
