On arrival at Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport you will be welcomed by our representative in the arrival’s terminal. You will be driven you to Windhoek to collect your 4×4 vehicle.
The remainder of your day will be at leisure to acclimatize & explore the city.

Leaving Windhoek, todays journey takes you to the eastern side of the Etosha National Park travelling via Okahandja, Otjiwarongo, Otavi & Tsumeb, north of Namibia.
Onguma Game Reserve is one of Namibia’s best-kept secrets. Time permitting you can enter the Park with your vehicle for your first game viewing/safari.
On day 2, you have the opportunity to fully explore Etosha on a self-guided game drive. Or ask us book a guided safari with experienced ranger.

Spend the night nestled in the trees of the Onguma Reserve, where each luxury campsite is ensured privacy and space to enjoy the bush. In this hideaway, there is a stunning main area with a restaurant where you can enjoy a hearty meal & enjoy the views.

Leaving the area of the Etosha National Park your travels lead into Bushmanland driving through Tsumeb and Grootfontein. The name Grootfontein is derived from the Afrikaans and means “big fountain”

Today your journey leads you further north to the natural border of Namibia and Angola. Arriving at your Lodge located at the banks of the Kavango River, the afternoon is at leisure to enjoy the views and wildlife.

This exclusive camping site offers privacy, views and access to the river – and pizza can be ordered fresh from the oven! There is access to a wooden deck separate from the lodge. Perfect for sunset.

Today’s journey leads you along the Caprivi Strip. Driving through the Bwabwata National Park you will enter the Kwando Core area. The Kwando River rises from the central Angolan highlands forming the boundary between Namibia, Zambia and Angola.
On day 2 you have the opportunity to enjoy the wildlife and optional activities offered by the lodge (depending on availability). We recommend the sunrise boat cruise and the sunset game drive.
A TRUE NAMIBIAN EVENING (CAMPSITE)
Stimulate the senses and experience “wild camping”. This unique site is an initiative run by the local communities within the Bwabwata National Park and operated by the Mayuni Conservancy.

Today you travel across the border with Botswana, passing through villages and the town Katima Mulilo. On arrival at the campsite, you can enjoy a sunset boat cruise and probably see the elephants crossing!

This famous campsite offers individual sites scattered amongst the riverine forest close to the Chobe River. With a bar overlooking the river and floodplains, it is well known as “the” sundowner spot in the region.

NATURAL WONDER OF THE WORLD
Heading to Zimbabwe, you will drop off your rental vehicle at Kasane Airport. You will then be transferred to your accommodation near the Victoria Falls (border crossing with Zimbabwe), where you will have the opportunity to explore the town and visit a café’s and restaurant.
After breakfast on day 2, you will join on a Tour of the Falls (walking tour). Its a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell; the humbling feeling that here indeed is Nature’s Supreme Masterpiece!
Optional activities: For the adventurous, a bungee jump-off the Victoria Falls Bridge or a white-water rafting experience if the season permits.
